France Telecom said its revenues in the third quarter fell 3.5% year-on-year on a comparable basis to 10.76 billion euros. The Paris-based group said that regulation was to blame for 2.4 percentage points of that decline. Revenue declined by 5.4% in France and 5.5.% in Poland.
