Apple reported a 16% year-on-year increase in revenue for the quarter ended June 27 to 109.4 billion US dollars, driven by a 22% increase in iPhone revenue. In the current quarter, Apple expects revenue to rise between 9% and 11% year-on-year, due to foreign exchange headwinds and a significant increase in supply constraints, related to memory chips.
