Telenor Lifts Outlook for 2015

Telenor said its revenue rose almost 8% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2015 to 30.2 billion Norwegian krone (4.1 billion US dollars), boosted by "a significant contribution from Myanmar, continued solid performance in Norway and generally positive revenue development across all units."

“We are raising our organic revenue growth expectations to 5-7% (for 2015), combined with a stronger EBITDA margin of 34-36%. The expected capex to sales ratio is now seen at 17-19% reflecting higher investments in Thailand and Myanmar in addition to the recently launched satellite,” said Jon Fredrik Baksaas, CEO of Telenor Group. source: Telenor statement
