Boosted by new customers, Reliance Communications, a leading telecoms operator in India, said that its revenues in the January to March quarter were 61.24 billion Indian rupees (1.23 billion US dollars), 15% higher than the 53.11 billion rupees it reported in the same quarter of 2008.
