Telenor Scales Back Growth Forecast

Telenor lowered its forecast for 2013, predicting that its revenues will rise between 2% and 4% in organic terms, compared with its earlier forecast of 3% to 5%. In the first quarter, the Oslo-based group saw its revenues rise just 0.3% on an organic basis to 24.72 billion Norwegian krone (4.24 billion US dollars), after growing more than 5% in 2012.
