Intel said its Atom microprocessor and chipset revenue in the third quarter was 396 million US dollars, down 4% from the second quarter and down almost 5% from 415 million dollars in the third quarter of 2009. Intel's Atom range of products is aimed at netbooks, tablet computers and smartphones.
