Sony Ericsson said it shipped 10.5 million units in the first quarter of 2010, a decrease of 28% compared to the same period last year, as the company streamlined its portfolio to focus on higher-end phones. The handset maker said sales for the quarter were 1.41 billion euros, a decrease of 19% year on year.
