HTC, a leading supplier of smartphones running Android and Windows Mobile, said its revenues in the first quarter of 2010 grew 19% year-on-year to 37.7 billion Taiwanese dollars (1.19 billion US dollars). The Taiwanese company didn't elaborate on why revenues were better than its earlier expectations of between 32 billion and 34 billion Taiwanese dollars.
