Blaming a faltering mobile market and price regulation, TP Group of Poland reported a 5% decline in revenues in the first quarter of 2009 to 4.31 billion Polish zlotys (1.26 billion US dollars). Capital spending fell by 20% to 513 million Polish zlotys.
